Since 2021, we have been dedicated to holistically empowering all bodies through a healthier and happier way of not only living but thriving. Our services are both inspired by and centered around Trans and Gender-Expansive Communities of Color.

Our Partnering Programs

360Healthx Corp. previously known as CAKE Society Co. now proudly hosts 5+ by trans for trans community organizations serving the DC, MD, VA, NY area and beyond. Including: DC Area Transmasculine Society, Trans Pride Washington DC, Black Indigenous Trans Haus, Angel Rose Artist Collective, Becoming Fund and more!

We believe the formula for gender-affirming care is simple.

Our services encompass all trans and gender-expansive health and wellness needs.

Our goal is to increase the positive mental health of our community members by access to health, wellness and fitness.
