Our projects

Initially, 360Healthx Corp. started out as a holistic gender-affirming community organization called CAKE Society Co., representing Community Activism, Kindness, and Equity. We had specialize in offering services ranging from fitness classes to gender-expansive essential item distribution.

As our community desired a greater need for trans+ health advocacy to reshape due to the legislative landscape, our organization reshaped too.

Now 360Healthx Corp. proudly houses multiple by trans for trans organizations that serve the DC, MD, and VA area and beyond! In this capacity, we have grown in unexpected ways, being able to proudly host multiple forms of gender-affirming and life-saving connection services.

Trans Pride Washington DC

Trans Pride Washington, DC is back at the Martin Luther King Jr Memorial Library! Our full day of conference activities will take place on Saturday, May 18.

DC Area Transmasculine Society (DCATS)

DCATS (DC Area Transmasculine Society) is a trans-led nonprofit organization that serves to advance the lives of transmasculine folks by providing resources that help overcome the social, economic, and health-related barriers to living authentically. Founded in 1998 as a monthly support group, DCATS has transformed into an organization that offers a variety of services to meet our community's needs.

Casa BITS is a community Haus for Black & Indigenous Transgender & Intersex People of Color who suffer from chronic housing & employment inequality (centering Deaf, Undocumented, & Femme folx, folx 25+ years old, and Migrants from US South), providing Housing Justice on the unceded lands currently known as Washington, D.C.

A multilingual Two-Spirit (Native American Transgender, Intersex, Asexual, Queer+)-led Collective of artists, healers, educators, and advocates, uplifting

Two-Spirit Nation and BIPOC Communities through art & land justice. Named in honor of our late friend, fellow artist, and community member, Angel Rose who lost her life on December 10, 2019. May her legacy live on through our art!

Becoming Fund

The Becoming Fund is a financial support fund aiding transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming drag artists in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) with their desired efforts to socially and medically transition. In 2023, the Becoming Fund raised and granted over $4,000 for gender affirming medical care and lifestyle needs with the support of As You Are DC.
